Create a booking

1. Go to the Online Booking Page:
   Visit the online booking page at /online-booking/. A booking window will appear.
2. Select Pitch Type:
   To book a Full Pitch (two halves), set the full pitch option from “0” to “1”.
   For a Half Pitch (one half), leave this option at “0”.
3. Choose Date and Time:
   View available slots and select your preferred date and time. Please note – as we’re often fully booked, you may only find availability on future dates. If there are no available slots for your desired date, it means we’re fully booked on that day. However, we regularly update the schedule with cancellations, so feel free to check back often for any newly opened slots.
4. Block Booking Option:
   Select “Yes” if you want a recurring (block) booking. Skip to step 6 by selecting “No” to continue with a single booking.
5. Set Recurrence (For Block Bookings):
   Choose your recurrence pattern (e.g., every Monday for 5 weeks). A summary of your block booking will display, including any conflicts on the following page. Adjust if needed.
6. Enter Your Details:
   On the next page, fill in your personal information and click “Continue.”
7. Complete Payment:
   Review your booking details, proceed to payment, and complete the form.
8. Receive Confirmation:
   After payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Manage a Booking (Reschedule / Cancel)

1. Access the Customer Portal:
   Go to the Customer Portal. You’ll see a dialog prompting you to enter an email address to receive an access link. Be sure to use the email address associated with the booking you wish to manage.
2. Receive Access Link:
   After entering your email, click “Send” and check your inbox for an email titled Customer Panel Access. If you don’t see it right away, check your spam or junk folders, or use the search function to locate it, as it may have landed in another folder.
3. Sign In via Access Link:
   Open the email and click the access link provided. This will automatically redirect you to the site and log you into your account.
4. View and Manage Bookings:
   Once signed in, you’ll see a list of your past and current bookings.
5. To Reschedule a Booking:
   Click the three dots on the right side of the booking you wish to reschedule and select Reschedule. A dialog will appear with the next available booking slots. Choose your preferred new date and time, then click Continue to confirm the change.
   Note: Rescheduling is free of charge.
6. To Cancel a Booking:
   Click the three dots on the right side of the booking you wish to cancel, and select Cancel.
   Important: Cancellations can not be completed if there is less than 48 hours to your booking; Once cancelled, appointments cannot be reopened. If you wish to rebook, you’ll need to go through the booking process again.
